We welcome abstract submissions from academics, researchers, educators, students, and practitioners worldwide.

Guidelines for Presenters

Timing: 10 minutes presentation including Q&A session.
Language: All presentations must be delivered in English.
Slides: Minimum font size 24pt. Include name, affiliation, and title on opening slide. Submit 2 days prior.
Platform: Virtual via Zoom Meeting. Ensure stable internet and quiet environment.

Review Process

All submissions to BKS PTN BARAT International Seminar 2026 will undergo a structured review process to ensure quality, relevance, and contribution to the field. In the first stage, submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the seminar committee to assess their relevance to the seminar theme and overall quality. Based on this evaluation, authors will be notified of the acceptance results. Only authors with accepted abstracts will be invited to proceed with registration and presentation at the seminar. Following the seminar, selected presenters will be invited to submit their full papers for proceeding publication consideration. These full papers will undergo a more rigorous review process conducted by the editorial teams of BKS PTN BARAT International Seminar 2026. Each paper will be evaluated based on criteria such as originality, relevance, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the field. Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ comments before final acceptance. Only papers that are accepted, presented at the seminar, and meet the proceeding requirements will be considered for publication in the ISBN proceeding.

A: Yes, there is a fee to pay for being a presenter. The presentation is a means to share ideas based on articles submitted to the conference.

Q: Shall I send you the abstract first, or directly the full paper?
A: Please submit the abstract first using the template provided, before the deadline on June 1st, 2026. Once your abstract is accepted, you may proceed to submit the full paper by June 19th, 2026.

Q: Is there a template for full paper submission?
A: Yes, please use the template provided by the target journal we are partnering with. The list of affiliated journals and their templates is available in the Publication section of our website.

Q: How long should presentations be?
A: Each presentation should be 10 minutes long, including the Q&A session.

Q: What are the language requirements and formatting guidelines for the abstract?
A: The abstract must be in English and contain the following sections: introduction, aim(s) of the study, method, results, conclusion, and keywords. The abstract must have no longer than 250 words.

Q: Can I request a specific time slot for my presentation?
A: While we cannot guarantee specific time slots, you can indicate your preference when submitting your paper or abstract, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q: Do I have to pay some amount of fee for only coming to the event as a listener?
A: Yes, the fee is divided into two, whether you prefer to attend as a regular participant or student participant. Simply go to the Submission/Registration page for signing yourself up. Our team will contact you regarding details of payment procedure.

Q: What facilities do you provide for Listeners?
A: For attended Participant, we will provide you with e-certificate and a Book of Abstract.

Q: What is the schedule for the conference?
A: The full schedule will be available on our website and in the conference program booklet provided at registration.

Q: Will conference materials be available online after the event?
A: Yes, presentations and conference materials will be available on our website for registered attendees after the conference.

A: Certificates will be emailed to attendees within two weeks after the conference concludes.
